A conman who stole £250,000 from the Salvation Army is to face legal action to recover the charity cash.
Andrew Cooper abused his £45,000-a-year post as a property manager with the organisation to steal the huge sum over seven years.
And last night, Salvation Army bosses revealed they would be suing Cooper, who has been jailed for the fraud, to get their money back.
Cooper, 45, admitted fooling his bosses into paying bogus bills and putting the cash into a secret bank account.
