Holyrood Abbey Church in Edinburgh is set to reopen its doors after a 15-month closure for modernisation.
The £1.6m redevelopment was funded by members of the Church of Scotland congregation.
The new church halls are to be used as a meeting place for church and community activities including a youth club and courses on Christianity.
The church’s minister, Rev Phil Hair, said: “We are delighted to be able to move back into our church and are thankful to God for the successful completion of the building works.”
